Use CiteAnything from MCP, CLI, and agent skills
The same evidence workflow can be supplied through a browser, CLI, MCP-compatible client, or reusable agent skill. Prefer the product domain and authenticated endpoints documented by your installed client.
Choose an interface
Use the Web app for interactive research and review, the CLI for terminal-first work, MCP for tool-capable clients, and the agent skill when a host supports reusable procedural instructions.
Use canonical product endpoints
International integrations should use citeanything.app; mainland China integrations should use citeanything.cn. Legacy veri-glow.com product subdomains are compatibility surfaces, not the canonical discovery URLs.
Authenticate without leaking credentials
Use the device authorization or credential flow supplied by the client. Never paste bearer tokens into prompts, public evidence pages, repositories, or benchmark data.
Preserve evidence markers in agent output
An agent should keep evidence markers adjacent to the supported claim and return the public evidence link when one exists. It should also state when retrieval, screenshot capture, or document conversion was unavailable.
